Expanding the story to fulfill a richer learner experience. This creates depth and engagement that takes the learner into the customer journey.

The goal was to refine and expand a presentation slide that the subject matter expert created to tell a fuller and richer story. This allowed the learner to see the full extent of the content from a visual and auditory perspective.

This Storyline block was part of a more extensive course on identity in digital marketing. The purpose of this interactive experience was to help the learner see the extent to which digital marketers collect and use data to market to their customers. It also teaches how marketers use both online and offline data collection methods. This module does not address cookie deprecation, which came in a later module in the course.
